DULUTH, Minn. – A historic building in downtown Duluth has been sold.
The Board of Trade building on West 1st Street is a done deal. Sold for $800,000 to Dubin Does Duluth.
The new owner tells us there are no plans to remove any of the current tenants.
Instead, he wants to refurbish it to its former glory and try to get the building on the National Registry for Historic Buildings.
